Betrina is a beautiful bay 17.1hh 19-year-old Imported KWPN Keur mare. She has truly eye-catching gaits, was trained and competed to Prix St Georges and scored well at 3rd Level with a JR rider. She is forward thinking and very soft and light in the hand to ride going in snaffle or double. She bonds strongly to her rider and would be the perfect schoolmistress for a JR or competitive AdAm rider. 
 

At three years of age Betrina became the Dressage Mare Champion in Friesland, the Netherlands. She then went on to be selected for the KWPN National Mare Championships in Ermelo where she placed 7th overall in the nation. At her Keuring she received great marks and completed a strong IBOP for her Keur mare status. She went onto place in the finals at the PAVO Cup in the Netherlands and sold in the Equine Elite Auction to NA. After import she took a break from sport to produce some outstanding foals. Her oldest daughter by Totilas is a wonderful AdAm dresssage horse in Georgia and her son by Totilas is being professionally developed. She returned to her sport career in 2018 quickly climbing up through the training scale to PSG with her talent, try and quality. 
 

Betrina sold to her JR rider with an excellent full set of radiographs (neck, back, fetlocks, hocks, stifles and feet) in 2020. Her JR rider is now at University so she returned to Emily to be rehabbed from a soft tissue injury and fitted back up. She sells with open vet records and receives no joint injections, medications or maintaince to stay sound. Not on Regumate or Omeprazole, shod only in front. She is excellent in new environments, hacks out alone or with company, is a calm full turnout horse with a friend and is easy to trailer, clip, hot shoe and care for. 
 

She is located in Hastings Ontario Canada and sales to the US are still straightforward with no taxation, tariffs or duties applied. Only a current coggins and current Health Certificate done by a local vet is needed for him to cross into the USA with a shipper.
